If it doesn't work after it is 100% clean - then you really do have other problems. Game updates applied to a modified game also do NOT update the update.rpf and other files that are typically modified and stored in a "mods" folder. Also - the outdated menyoo is known to cause what you describe. I suggest you remove your mods, verify it works as clean/vanilla, and reinstall them again 1 at a time. Uninitializing.Scripthook works fine here.
